Owing to the immigration laws in force (Immigration Act of 1990) since the early 90’s, the United-States deliver every year a certain number of permanent visas with no expiry deadlines (GreenCards) for all countries, with the exception of some countries which immigration percentage is already high.

These countries have no right to participate to this selection by drawing lots.
Thus, all people from the rest of the world interested by the United-States have more chances to materialize their projects in the USA . This year, the American government will grant 55.000 visas!!!

IF YOU HAVE a GreenCard, you may stay in the United-States WITH NO TIME LIMIT.
You may also get a reduction (which can go right up to 80%) for the university studies expenses and the immigration standard procedure is appreciably simplified.

If you WISH TO RESIDE in the UNITED-STATES, you may choose to do it among any one of the 50 states!
Except for the right to vote, every holder of the GreenCard has practically the same rights as the American citizens. That way, you do not have to abandon your present nationality, even if you are a winner. But in case you wish it, you may also fill in an application form to obtain the American nationality only after a 5 year period.

Does one of your projects appear below?
work in the UNITED-STATES
live in the UNITED-STATES
start a new life in the UNITED-STATES
spend a long time over there

legalize your present situation if you already live in the UNITED-STATES
study in an American university
retire over there
set up a Business in the UNITED-STATES
…then this Program totally
fits your project.

Your spouse as well as your children (if they are under 21 and single) will all get GreenCards, if you are among the winners of the selection by drawing lots.

If you and your spouse apply separately, you naturally multiply your chances by two.

But each individual has the right to present only one participation file per drawing lots.
